Faizah graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2008 and she was called and admitted to the Bar the following year. In May 2008, she joined Messrs Azmi & Associates to undertake her pupillage and was thereafter retained as an associate under Litigation, Arbitration & Dispute Department, focusing on breach of contract, tort and commercial disputes.

Since 2009, Faizah has been involved in a wide range of contentious disputes and has represented few government-linked companies (GLCs). Her current portfolio is in areas of civil and commercial litigation, corporate litigation fraud and asset recovery. She joined YAZ in August 2022.
