He graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2007 and immediately upon graduation, he joined Bank Negara's initiative to build up a reserve of talented workforce for the financial industry called the "Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme" (Fstep) as the programme's first batch. During the programme's 6-months attachment, he was attached to RHB Investment's Corporate Finance department, and having performed satisfactorily, RHB Group offered him employment upon completion of the programme to serve under the Islamic Investment and Corporate Banking Department of RHB Islamic.

Having been exposed to the highest level of the banking trade, he then decided to return to his original calling which is the practice of law whereafter he joined Messrs Zulpadli & Edham in 2010 as a pupil in chambers under the tutelage of Yusfarizal Bin Yussoff. Having served with distinction during his pupilage (including being involved in the preparation and submission to the highest court i.e. the Federal Court), Messrs Zulpadli & Edham retained his services specializing in general litigation and big ticket banking disputes. Having the same passion in litigation matters, he thereafter joined YAZ on September 2018.
