Graduated both in Civil and Syariah from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2020, Syafiq setting out his first step in legal profession by starting his pupillage under the tutelage of Mohammad Zaid bin Daud @ Daud Yatimee. He was then called to the bar on 04 March 2022. Throughout the stages of his pupillage period, he has been exposed to the banking litigation as well as commercial matters.

In order to strengthen his forte in litigation's skills, he continues his journey by remain as an junior associate at Messrs Yusfarizal Aziz & Zaid by handling the task for banking litigation and commercial matters.
