Daniel has graduated from Royal Military College and thereafter finished his law study with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and called to the Bar on 6th of May 2015. Since being called to the Bar, Daniel has quickly built his experience in aviation, general litigation, criminal litigation, corporate litigation, personal injury, land disputes, industrial relation matter as well as probate administration. Daniel earned both of his Master of Laws (LLM) and Post Graduate Advance Diploma in Shariah Law (DSLA) from UiTM and has been recognizes for his academic achievements despite still practising as a full fledged litigation lawyer. His passion for strategizing persuasive legal and factual arguments have led to favorable rulings on complex issues across different subject matters. Outside of court, his favorite part of practice is time spent with clients. He is also a licensed Company Secretary by the Companies.
