Atiqah graduated from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2014. The following year, she was adimtted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Her primary areas of focus are real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters as well as banking and finance.

Benefitting from experience at Employees Provident Fund of Malaysia (EPF), she involved in preparing legal documentation related to real estates transactions and private equity investments. Prior to joing EPF, she had been practising as a corporate lawyer at Messrs. Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill and specifically involved on matters related to Islamic banking and financial services.
